📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Maintain logs for people and property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct building patrols.
• Respond to incidents and record data.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform patrols.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability preferred.
