Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty
Maintain logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages
Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
Respond to incidents at the property and record data for security management
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position
Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets
High School diploma or GED
Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC
Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
