Security Officer

📋 Description

• Provide customer service at front desk, assist with directions and information
• Maintain logs for people and property, including packages
• Control access for tenants, visitors, vendors as required
• Monitor security cameras and patrol to prevent theft and ensure safety
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, document incidents for management

🎯 Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Strong reading/writing/speaking English
• Physical ability to perform duties (lift 50+ lbs, patrol, stairs, inclement weather)
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License and valid driver’s license with clean MVR
