📋 Description

• Maintain housekeeping and professional appearance
• Act as main point of contact for building occupants and guests, provide assistance and directions
• Assist tenants with building-related inquiries, access issues, and security concerns
• Manage visitor sign-in/out, verify identity, issue badges, announce arrivals
• Enforce access control policies, prevent unauthorized entry or tailgating
• Conduct regular documented patrols of property interiors and exteriors

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate security, hospitality, or customer service-focused
• Proficiency in computers, standard security software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• High degree of professional maturity and sound judgment to handle complex tenant interactions and
• Previous security experience in a High-Rise Commercial Office Building environment is strongly
