Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
Assist with directions and general business information as needed.
Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity.
Conduct extensive patrols (up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and ensure safety.
Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management review.
