📋 Description

• Creates positive, memorable, and an efficient interaction at the exterior of the building, within
• Proactively greets guests on exterior of the building and inside the lobby environment, identifying
• Monitors traffic flow and lines within the lobby and at the lobby desk; directing guests to
• Actively identifies, acknowledges, diagnoses, and resolves guest concerns as they arrive outside
• Enthusiastically promotes amenities of the building.
• Maintains accurate knowledge of groups and events that are onsite and happening within the building

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
