• Be the welcoming face at the building lobby and front desk.
• Greet guests and identify their needs to assist promptly.
• Monitor lobby traffic and direct guests to reduce wait times.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate as needed.
• Promote building amenities and events to guests.
• Coordinate transportation for guests.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as door staff or in customer service.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats and other pets.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain PERC and state training.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
