Security Officer / Rover

📋 Description

• Monitor life safety and critical infrastructure during campus tours.
• Access control, escorting, alarm response, and post relief.
• Report security activities to the ROC via intercom/radio.
• Identify life-safety issues; patrol building and respond to incidents.
• Monitor perimeter security; control access points like turnstiles and exits.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and follow emergency SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in corporate security, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proficiency with computers, security software, and MS Office for reporting.
• Professional maturity and sound judgment for tenant interactions.
• High-rise office security experience is a plus.
• Clean driving record.
