📋 Description

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear logs at front desk for people, property, and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience as door staff or in receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant roles.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain and maintain an Illinois PERC.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical duties (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, weather).
