📋 Description

• Triage, investigate, respond to, and remediate alerts generated by the Huntress platform
• Review EDR/SIEM telemetry, log sources, and forensic artifacts to determine the root cause of
• Perform dynamic analysis of malware when required to extract indicators of compromise or determine
• Contribute to and refine detection capabilities and queue hygiene by crafting and tuning signals to
• Investigate activity in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and deliver actionable remediation
• Support customer success by assisting the SOC Support team with escalations related to

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SOC, Incident Response, Managed Detection and Response, or Digital
• Demonstrated experience with at least one of Windows, Linux, or macOS, including attack surfaces
• Understanding of common system administration skills and how threat actors abuse them, including
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK techniques and tactics, including credential dumping, lateral
• Working knowledge of core networking concepts: common ports and protocols, NAT, public and private
• Passion for forensics and digging into logs, processes, and artifacts
