• First response & triage of security alerts.
• Customer security operations in Front platform.
• Incident response support during on-call rotations.
• Maintain and improve runbooks, decision trees, macros, and escalation paths.
• Internal IT support & compliance tasks (SSO, access records).
• Clear communication during sensitive issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level role; strong judgment and communication.
• Experience in technical support or triage-heavy roles.
• Foundational security concepts: MFA, JWTs, identity verification.
• Foundational IT systems: SSO/Okta, Google Workspace, MDM tools.
• Comfort with terminal and basic SQL.
• Ability to summarize tickets clearly and stay calm under pressure.
