Security Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise day-to-day security operations in Green Bay/Sheboygan area
• Build strong client and staff relationships
• Manage staff schedules to minimize overtime
• Coordinate security services to meet financial and operational goals
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff development
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 2+ years in security or customer service
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Wisconsin Private Security License or ability to obtain
• English fluency; bilingual a plus
• Microsoft Office proficiency; scheduling software a plus
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
