📋 Description

  • Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
  • Report operational matters to the Portfolio Manager and senior management.
  • Establish, maintain, and review schedules to minimize overtime in WinTeam.
  • Recruit and develop the workforce; perform direct recruiting and sourcing.
  • Coordinate support services to manage client sites and meet goals.
  • Handle escalated security issues or emergencies; conduct annual staff reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years security or customer service experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to acquire/maintain Wisconsin Private Security License.
  • English: read, write, speak; bilingual a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; scheduling software is a plus.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
