Security Operations Manager, Paris

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations for Paris and Brussels.
• Coordinate regional security support for Munich, Zurich, and other EU cities.
• Manage access control, visitor workflows, vendor coordination, and incident response.
• Partner with Workplace, Legal, People/HR, EHS/Resilience, GSOC, and leadership.
• Support event and executive visit planning with risk mitigation.
• Improve vendor performance, standards, reporting, and remediation tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate security, physical security ops, or related field.
• Experience leading physical security ops in modern offices (tech or high-confidentiality).
• Experience managing security vendors/guard force operations, including coverage and performance.
• Strong incident management: response, documentation, escalation, and stakeholder communications.
• Hands-on knowledge of access management, visitor management, reception security, and site readiness.
• Understanding Paris/France security ops; partner with Legal, People/HR, Workplace, and EHS.
