📋 Description

• Track special events and visits
• Provide high-quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors
• Ensure access control, escort, and tour protocols are followed
• Coordinate with Security leadership and the SPOC for incidents or emergencies
• Monitor site surveillance camera system
• Prepare clear written incident reports

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years in customer service or facility security
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Ability to navigate complex support needs and build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Strong customer service and relationship/team-building skills
• Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
