Provide first impression of SpaceX security to employees, customers, vendors, and guests at
Offer high-quality customer service and act as a SpaceX information resource.
Enforce access control, escort, and tour protocols for all site stakeholders.
Coordinate with Security leadership and the SpaceX Protective Operations Center (SPOC) for
Monitor site surveillance and prepare clear incident reports.
Collaborate with Facilities, HR, and other teams during day-to-day operations and events.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years in customer service or facility security-related roles.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to de-escalate conflicts.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Active First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (preferred).
