📋 Description

• Track special events and visits
• Provide high-quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure access control, escort, and tour protocols and procedures
• Coordinate with Security leadership and SPOC for incidents or emergencies
• Monitor site surveillance camera system and prepare incident reports

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years in customer service or facility security
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Ability to navigate complex support needs and build relationships
• Active First Aid/CPR/AED certifications
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance
