Security Operator 3

📋 Description

• Responsible for tracking special events and visits
• Provide high quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors
• Interface with high-level internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure effective access control, escort, and tour protocols
• Coordinate with Security leadership and SPOC for incidents
• Monitor site surveillance cameras and prepare concise incident reports

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years in customer service or facility security
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Ability to navigate complex support needs and build relationships
• Strong customer service and relationship/team-building skills
• Active First Aid/CPR/AED certifications
