Security Operator

📋 Description

• Responsible for tracking special events and visits
• Provide high-quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors
• Ensure thorough knowledge and effective implementation of all access control, escort, and tour
• Coordinate with Security leadership and the SpaceX Protective Operations Center (SPOC) as necessary
• Build collaborative working relationships with other departments and leadership
• Perform various tasks as directed depending on site needs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience working in a customer service or facility security-related capacity
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Ability to navigate complex support needs and build solid relationships
• Strong customer service and relationship/team-building skills
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
