Security Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and improve the Vulnerability Management Program across business units
• Manage security programs from planning to execution
• Develop and monitor program metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering, product, and security across regions
• Foster ownership and continuous improvement; mentor team
• Translate security issues into clear business risks for prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in technical program management
• Exposure to cybersecurity, software engineering, or SRE
• Strong understanding of IT infra, web apps, and cloud environments
• Excellent PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical problem solving with metrics to drive improvement
