📋 Description

• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to deter threats.
• Patrol properties, ensuring safety of tenants, visitors, assets.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and incident reporting software.
• Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents.
• Respond promptly to emergencies per company/client protocols.
• Enforce safety, trespassing, and unauthorized access policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a professional security presence.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and site procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Prior security experience preferred.
