Security Scheduling Manager - Downers Grove

📋 Description

• Establishing, maintaining and reviewing schedules to minimize company overtime within WinTeam
• Building, improving and maintaining effective relationships with clients and employees
• Reporting operational matters to Vice President of Operations and/or senior management
• Coordinating support services to manage client sites to meet financial and operational goals
• Handling escalated security issues or emergency situations
• Monitoring staff performance, including disciplinary actions and performance appraisals

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a supervisor in security or customer service
• Experience in a heavy volume call center preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to acquire and maintain a security license (if required by state)
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
