Security Shift Supervisor - Corporate Office Building - Deerfield, IL

📋 Description

• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman / Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching.
• Provide high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management (coaching, recognition, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security experience.
• Must be 18+; valid state security license, if required; driver's license.
• Must read, write, speak English; bilingual is a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Maintain a working telephone number for contact.
