📋 Description

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on shift.
• Manage security officers including scheduling, payroll, training.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and client-specific staff training per Titan standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of continuous supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security-related experience.
• Valid Security License if required by state; driver's license as applicable.
• English proficiency; bilingual considered a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
