Security Shift Supervisors - Part Time

📋 Description

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on shift
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and Titan management
• Manage security officers: scheduling, payroll, training, coaching
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies
• Develop staff through coaching and performance management

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of continuous supervisory experience
• High School diploma or GED; 18+ years old
• Valid security license if required by state; driver’s license as applicable
• English proficiency; bilingual a plus
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs
