Security Site Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee daily security operations at a utility facility in Pewaukee, WI.
• Lead a small team of 4–5 security personnel; conduct briefings and evaluations.
• Coordinate on-site with client facility managers and Titan Security.
• Monitor access control, CCTV, and visitor management; enforce safety protocols.
• Lead initial response to incidents and liaise with law enforcement as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in physical security with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED; degree in Criminal Justice/Security Management a plus.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License; Active Wisconsin Private Security License.
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with security software, access control tech, and MS Office.
