Security Site Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead on-site security operations for a 28-story, 390-room hotel in Chicago.
• Supervise on-duty security staff; manage access control and guest safety protocols.
• Maintain guest-focused service while ensuring property protection.
• Coordinate with hotel management, front desk, housekeeping, and guest services teams.
• Provide on-the-job and refresher training on emergency protocols and de-escalation.
• Conduct regular site checks and ensure proper reporting and post orders.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security officer experience; must be 18+
• Valid security license as required by state; valid driver’s license if applicable
• English proficiency; bilingual a plus; ability to read/write/speak English
• Passing pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to stand for extended periods; lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs; perform foot patrols
