📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical resource and escalation point for our Customer Success organization
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and help identify practical

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, exposure to technical troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to independently
• Technical depth in one or more security technology areas: EDR, NDR, SIEM, cloud security, or
• Solid understanding of detection strategies, security operations workflows, and technical tradeoffs
• Familiarity with common attack vectors, threat tactics and techniques, frameworks such as MITRE
