Security Specialist

📋 Description

• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Configure and generate occupancy and system monitoring reports utilizing our access control system
• Ensure all security systems are functioning correctly; perform regular checks, troubleshoot issues
• Monitor the security ticketing system for all security requests (e.g., badges or access).
• Compile daily GSOC activities into shift reports, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual GSOC
• Monitor, filter and report threats, travels, and global emergency events to emergency crisis team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience working in a GSOC/Security Specialist role.
• Advanced proficiency with security software and technologies, including Avigilon Alta, OpenPath
• Proficient in Word, Excel, JIRA, Gmail, and Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets
• A California Security Guard license is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally
• Ability to interact confidently with all levels of employees and visitors, maintaining a polished
