Security Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of physical security projects across Fleet campuses.
• Own security scope from design review through turnover for multiple sites.
• Coordinate security dependencies with design, construction, operations, IT/OT, and vendors.
• Ensure security systems align with Fleet standards and site milestones.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage risk and schedule alignment.
• Provide clear updates to leadership on scope, schedule, and blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion).
• Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
• Construction coordination and vendor onboarding / management.
• Ability to review designs, specifications, submittals, and testing plans.
• Budget tracking, RFQs/bid processes, and delivery governance.
• Reading technical drawings and coordinating with construction teams.
