Security Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Set strategy and roadmap for vulnerability mgmt and security ops.
• Lead centralized vulnerability management and security operations across code, cloud, data, and edge.
• Run intake and prioritization with senior stakeholders; decide what to build first.
• Define good vulnerability management and security ops for an AI-first business.
• Build AI-plugin-driven security workflows to automate checks and evidence collection.
• Lead programs, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder alignment; drive audits.

🎯 Requirements

• History of taking programs from ambiguous to shipped in regulated environments.
• 5–8+ years leading cross-functional TPM/delivery work in security, infra, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in vulnerability mgmt and security ops: scanning, SIEM, and identity.
• Experience using AI plugins to drive delivery and reduce busywork.
• Ability to speak the language of security engineering, infrastructure, GRC, and R&D.
