📋 Description

• A hands-on operator with 5+ years building Security & Trust programs.
• Own GRC program: automate evidence, audits, risk assessments, vendor reviews.
• Own data flow governance: audit data flows and deletion across analytics stack.
• Be security gate for new tools; manage SOC 2 status and DPAs.
• Maintain trust.close.com and GDPR pages for customer Q&A.
• Coordinate product security audits and incident response with Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on operator with 5+ years building Security & Trust programs.
• Experience configuring SSO/IAM, access reviews, SOC 2 audits.
• Technical to trace data flows and logs (e.g., Loki) for incidents.
• Automation-first mindset; automate evidence via scripts, APIs.
• AI-positive: adopt AI safely and use it to speed processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Eng, Legal, and Finance.
