Selector / Production Worker

📋 Description

• Visually inspect ware and remove defective items to ensure quality standards are met.
• Set up ware on lehrs and conveyors, dislodge ware on straight-line equipment, and adjust carton
• Monitor and tend to case packer/robot systems to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot minor
• Inspect ware on filled case conveyor, fill cartons as needed, and verify carton gluing and
• Occasionally hand-pack ware and reselect packed ware based on quality control instructions.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in working with automated equipment.
• Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the company.
