• Support sellers in managing their daily marketplace operations and meeting customer expectations.
• Communicate regularly with sellers, providing guidance and resolving operational issues.
• Monitor seller performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the achievement of key
• Assist sellers in understanding marketplace processes, new projects, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Category Management, Customer Experience, and logistics
• Support initiatives focused on improving ticket resolution, same-day shipment, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English speaker with the ability to communicate effectively with sellers.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
