📋 Description

• Own the full animation lifecycle — pre-production assessment, creative scoping, execution, and
• Lead early-stage creative ideation alongside art directors and creative leads, translating briefs
• Build and optimize production templates that improve speed and consistency for the broader global
• Maintain brand integrity across all deliverables — consistent across ad formats, platforms, and
• Champion and integrate generative AI tools into your workflow, staying ahead of market trends and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion design and 2D animation, with a portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma — you know how
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools — Runway, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Whisk, or similar
• Strong visual design sensibility across typography, colour, layout, and composition in both static
• Proven ability to manage your own time, flag risks early, and deliver high-quality work under tight
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) — enough to work fluidly with
