Semi Senior Project Manager - Digital Marketing & Advertising

📋 Description

• Manage inbound business development inquiries and referrals; first contact for prospects
• Coordinate and draft business proposals; tailor content to client needs
• Lead project management for complex RFPs: timelines, budgeting, coordination
• CRM management (Pipedrive) and prospect tracking
• Oversee marketing project execution: calendars, newsletters, webinars, social media
• Create case studies by collecting performance results and assets

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in PM/Production/Marketing Ops/BD Support
• Agency environment experience preferred
• Strong written communication; client-facing materials
• Proficient coordinating proposals, RFPs, pitches
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
• LATAM-based only; CRM experience with Pipedrive/Salesforce/HubSpot
