📋 Description

• Manage inbound BD inquiries and referrals.
• Draft and tailor proposals with case studies.
• Lead PM for complex RFPs: timelines, budgets.
• Support BD ops via CRM management (Pipedrive) and outreach planning.
• Oversee marketing projects: calendars, newsletters, webinars, social.
• Coordinate case studies from results and assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in PM, production, marketing ops, or biz dev support.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating proposals, RFPs, pitches.
• Strong written communication and client materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders.
• CRM experience: Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot.
