  • English: B2+ / C1 with strong written and verbal communication.
  • 2+ years in customer support/onboarding/related roles.
  • SaaS experience with a product/platform (required).
  • Client-facing; comfortable guiding clients through onboarding.
  • Technical aptitude for learning software, troubleshooting, and navigating dashboards and integrations.
  • Availability: Part time, US time zones; POS and marketing/hospitality tech preferred.
