  • 2+ years in Customer Support, Success, Onboarding, or Technical Support
  • SaaS experience: Prior experience with a SaaS product/platform
  • Client-Facing: Comfortable guiding clients through onboarding
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning software and integrations
  • Availability: Part time, US time zones
