  • Experience: 2+ years in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Tech Support.
  • SaaS experience: prior SaaS product/platform experience.
  • Client-facing: comfortable guiding clients through onboarding.
  • Technical aptitude: comfortable learning software; troubleshooting; dashboards/integrations.
  • Availability: Part-time, US time zones.
