Senior Academy Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable, high-quality learning content and experiences for Cognite Academy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning materials, labs, assessments
• Build and maintain content standards, templates, reusable frameworks, and quality guidelines.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve content development, localization, assessment creation
• Own and optimize the Skilljar learning platform, including course publishing, learning paths
• Partner with technical SMEs, Product, Engineering, and Academy teams to ensure content is accurate

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, technical training
• Proven experience designing complex technical learning programs for enterprise software, SaaS, AI
• Experience leading instructional design or content-development teams in a high-growth or fast-paced
• Deep expertise in adult learning theory, learning science, instructional design methodologies, and
• Advanced experience designing instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced, blended, and
• Strong experience with modern eLearning and AI-enabled content development tools such as Articulate
