📋 Description

• Independently manage Academy programmes end-to-end using PM practices.
• Focus on Learner Experience: journeys, UX, engagement.
• Partner with Content and teams to turn data into learning experiences.
• Leverage AI and automation to boost operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain process docs and delivery frameworks.
• Drive delivery while managing stakeholder communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in programme/project mgmt, learning ops, L&D, or UX.
• Experience running multiple workstreams with structured PM discipline.
• Genuine interest in learner experience: journey design and UX.
• Comfort with data: pulling, interpreting metrics; dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; English B2+.
• Proactive, solution-oriented; uses AI to work smarter.
