Senior Account Director

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple publications and medical affairs
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide proactive strategic counsel
• Oversee publication programs including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, congress activities, and
• Support broader medical affairs initiatives and develop strategic medical communications plans in
• Establish and champion operational best practices that improve delivery quality, efficiency, and
• Own account financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, profitability, reconciliation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience within a medical communications agency environment, with strong expertise
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex client accounts and providing strategic counsel to
• Strong knowledge of publication planning and execution, medical affairs communications, industry
• Proven experience leading and developing Client Services teams, including managing managers and/or
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability management
