Senior Account Director

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple publications and medical affairs
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and
• Oversee publication programs, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, congress activities, and
• Partner closely with Scientific Services and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver
• Champion operational best practices, identifying opportunities to strengthen delivery, improve
• Own account financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, reconciliation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive medical communications agency experience, with strong expertise across publications and
• Demonstrated success leading multiple complex client accounts and providing strategic counsel to
• Strong knowledge of publication planning and delivery, medical affairs communications, industry
• Proven experience leading and developing Client Services teams, including managing managers and/or
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, SOW development, and
