📋 Description

• Act as the primary strategic point of contact, developing a deep understanding of the brand’s
• Develop forward-thinking social campaigns leveraging the latest platform tools and formats
• Oversee the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of social media initiatives, ensuring
• Work closely with creative, strategy, data, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social formats, advising on new features and innovative
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, using insights to refine strategies and present

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in digital and social media, (integrated marketing a plus), with a proven track record
• Complex social-first production experience is required
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to understanding needs and
• Passionate about social media evolution, emerging formats, storytelling that pushes creative
• Proven ability to lead and inspire direct reports and multidisciplinary teams, nurturing creativity
• Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and communicate performance results clearly
