Senior Account Executive

📋 Description

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables and ensure that projects are executed on time
• Partner with the team to efficiently manage the project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure
• Manage submission process and review all deliverables and aggregate team feedback.
• Develop strategic and actionable project briefs.
• Communicate client changes and rationale to internal team following client reviews.
• Prepare weekly status reports and set up weekly project status calls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years of advertising agency experience required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and systems (Veeva).
• Excellent understanding of digital marketplace and ad formats.
• Ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively.
