Senior Account Executive

📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through to negotiation and close, targeting
• Drive new business growth across the ANZ region through a combination of inbound opportunities and
• Maintain healthy pipeline coverage through consistent prospecting, networking and account-based
• Lead consultative sales conversations, running discovery sessions and tailored demonstrations that

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years’ experience in B2B SaaS or HR Technology sales, with direct HR technology experience
• Background screening experience would be a significant advantage.
• A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing deals within the Enterprise
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a healthy self-generated pipeline through disciplined
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through to close.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers and
