Senior Account Executive

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new biotech/biopharma business opportunities.
• Build and deepen relationships across customer organizations.
• Assess client needs and recommend Culture solutions.
• Construct proposals and deals that communicate value.
• Negotiate contracts and collaborations with clients.
• Maintain regular communication to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years selling services to biopharma/biotech.
• Experience selling services for a CDMO preferred.
• Experience selling upstream bioprocessing services/equipment.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven business cases.
• Excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence.
• Degree in related field or equivalent biotech/bioprocessing experience.
