Senior Account Executive

📋 Description

• Work inbound leads and reach out to new ones through cold calls, email, social media, and marketing
• Be the first person a prospective merchant talks to. Ask good questions, learn how the business
• Run demos that show owners how they would take cards, send invoices, and collect payments
• Own each deal from the first call to a signed customer
• Build relationships that last after the sale. Owners who trust you send other owners your way
• Keep your activity, pipeline, and customer notes current in the CRM

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of sales experience
• Cold outbound experience and a record of hitting or beating your targets
• Clear communication on the phone and in demos, plus solid negotiation skills
• Comfort with a CRM and other sales tools
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Drive to succeed whether you are working on your own or with the team
