  • 3+ years in quota-carrying partnership management or sales with closing deals.
  • Proven track record building and scaling partnership channels or marketplace relationships.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder relationships and strong account management.
  • End-to-end sales funnel management with six-figure deals and CRM discipline.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC and ability to run structured pipeline reviews.
  • Presentations and materials drafting; strong Google Workspace skills.
  • Plus: carbon markets experience or environmental policy knowledge.
